Privacy notice

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Who handles your information

Rotiera is a product of Invigma Technologies, which handles the information submitted through this website. For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, use our privacy-request form. We will respond using the email you provide.

What we collect

We collect your email and request type, plus any name, business, branch count or message you choose to provide. We record when your request and consent were submitted. Please do not include patient information, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

The server processes your network address to deliver the website and protect forms from abuse. A keyed hash is used temporarily in memory for rate limiting. We do not keep routine access logs for this landing page. Web-server error logs may contain network addresses when diagnosing failures.

Why we use it

We use early-access details, with your consent, to contact you about Rotiera early access and launch, and to understand your business requirements. We use question details to respond to your request. We process privacy requests to fulfil applicable data-protection obligations. Security information helps protect the website and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating it securely.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored on our privately administered VPS hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Access is restricted to the team responsible for responding to requests. Cloudflare provides the domain’s DNS service. We do not sell your personal information, use advertising trackers or send submissions to third-party marketing platforms.

If information needs to be accessed from a country outside your jurisdiction, applicable requirements for international transfers must be followed. This form does not request sensitive information.

How long we keep it

Early-access and contact submissions are automatically removed after 12 months, unless you submit a new request. We may remove information sooner when you withdraw consent or ask for deletion. Private rolling backups are retained for up to seven additional days. Error logs rotate separately under the server’s logging policy and are not used for marketing.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy-request form. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your information, or object to its use. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

This landing page does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or browser storage. Fonts and website assets are served from our own host. Form security tokens are temporary and do not require a cookie.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the website’s handling of information changes. Product-specific privacy information will be provided separately when product access opens.
